The Power Shoot Flyer

The Power Shoot flyer is one of my favorite flyers yet. Using only Calvin Evans photography, I found a cool way to incorporate many photos into a cohesive design.

Seven Atl

This is a flyer I recently created for 7 Atl, a young adult ministry. For this flyer I used colors that related to the logo, and used a silhouettes to keep the flyer racially ambiguous. It was important to keep the flyer fun, yet not too secular.

Online Portfolio Updated

After fighting with java and css coding for a few days I am (for the most part) satisfied with my updated with my online portfolio. Previously I threw together the most simplistic online portfolio I could with my limited coding knowledge, and before that - this blog was my online portfolio haha. Lately I have been feeling extraordinarily inspired and not only growing artistically, but I have also been working on my coding skills. I will not insult web designers by adding web design to my skills yet, but I hope to add that to my titles in the very near future. Updated Portfolio

GRAPHIC DESIGN - Carsamonte Web Banner and Logo

One of my latest designs is this logo and web banner for Carsamonte Publishing, which is the publisher of the book I illustrated Ptolemei. Above are some color variations the two logos my client picked. The bottom two logos were chosen, but I still thought some may enjoy seeing the other routes it could have went. Below are the two web banners that were chosen. Although I like both of them, I believe the logo pops more on the gray, although the top one stays true to the original color of "Publishing".

Event Photography- Travis Porter Concert=Yung Joc Brawl

Another throwback event I felt was blog worthy was a a fan appreciation concert turned bad.
"Travis Porter joined forces with XXL Magazine to present the “Fan Appreciation Concert:A Giving Celebration“. This was free concert honoring community leaders that have been an inspiration to the youth. Toy bikes were given out, which definitely wasn’t a problem until Yung Joc and his Swag TEAM affiliates showed up to save the day ( sarcastic voice). First of all, there were like 3000 people on stage; bad idea. Joc got super upset when they cut his performance short, which triggered one of about four fights that night. This all equates to the possibility of those bikes being used as weapons to crack somebodies head open, which thank GOD didn’t happen, but with all that pride floating through the air, I’m sure satan could’ve snow boarded right on into the conversation." -Kontrol Blog
